Yiying Lu, the talented and super cool illustrator of the Fail Whale image (”lifting up a dreamer”) has created a store front on Zazzle.com where you can get official Fail Whale merchandise.

    Just curious…if you’re not affiliated with twitter, how is this not copyright infringement?

    Hi Casey,

    Twitter did not purchase an exclusive license for the “Lifting a Dreamer” artwork. Yiying Lu, the illustrator who created the artwork is the one selling the apparel.
